Founder & Advisor
Dr. Lorén Cox brings two decades of experience across policy, philanthropy, and education, helping institutions turn equity from a value into a daily practice. She designs strategies that move ideas from the page to the people they’re meant to serve- bridging public systems and lived experience with clarity and purpose.
Previously, Lorén led multi-million-dollar education and civic learning portfolios at the Aspen Institute and served as Vice President of Policy and Impact at the KIPP Foundation, where she advanced bipartisan advocacy to expand educational opportunity nationwide. Earlier roles at UnidosUS and the White House Office of Management and Budget shaped her expertise in governance, equity, and cross-sector collaboration, which she now brings to mission-driven partners seeking durable, meaningful impact.

Aisha Zaman
Aisha Zaman brings experience across philanthropy, government, and advocacy, helping mission-driven organizations translate complex goals into practical, results-oriented work. She operates at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling—building the structures and narratives leaders need to deliver equitable, tangible change.
At Bloomberg Philanthropies, Aisha led content strategy and execution for Bloomberg CityLab 2024, a global convening of mayors and innovators from more than 40 countries focused on food policy, climate resilience, and inclusive urban growth. Previously, she supported education equity and civic learning initiatives at the Aspen Institute, and earlier managed legislative operations in the Texas House of Representatives and statewide advocacy campaigns with Outreach Strategists, strengthening civic engagement and accountability.
