Dr. Lorén Cox

Founder & Advisor

Dr. Lorén Cox brings two decades of experience across policy, philanthropy, and education, helping institutions turn equity from a value into a daily practice. She designs strategies that move ideas from the page to the people they’re meant to serve- bridging public systems and lived experience with clarity and purpose.

Earlier roles at UnidosUS and the White House Office of Management and Budget shaped her expertise in governance, equity, and cross-sector collaboration, which she now brings to mission-driven partners seeking durable, meaningful impact.
